Mountain Mavericks is owned by Emma & Olly and has been operating in Morzine for over 12 years, making it one of the oldest UK companies in Morzine. They know the town inside out and the mountains even better. Unlike many companies who just brand themselves as ‘run by riders, for riders’, Olly & Emma have this engrained in everything they do. There is even a rumor that Olly has snow in his blood?! Either way he will give you a run for your money riding any piece of terrain on the mountain; just have a look at one of his Mountain Mavericks Lunch Laps to see the Mountain Mavericks ethos, and what Olly gets up to on his hour lunch break!

Although owning 4 chalets and a centrally based Hotel & Bar, Mountain Mavericks still has the small company/family vibe in everything they do! The company ethos for hotel/chalet guests is that ‘time in Morzine is precious’ and this relates directly to Mountain Mavericks staff as well. Time flies when your having fun – and every season seems to be over in a flash – that is why Mountain Mavericks focus is on getting together as a team and going on riding days, heading for a drink together on chalet nights off and training together to make sure you’ll have an experience which will change your life forever.

That’s probably the reason why we have so many staff stay on at Mountain Mavericks all year around. Just this year Mountain Mavericks won ‘Best Morzine Service’ in the 2015 Morzine Source Awards – this shows the effort of the staff and the type of company Mountain Mavericks are.

Mountain Mavericks Chalet staff :

Mountain Mavericks are looking for chalet hosts and chefs to join their amazing team for the upcoming ski season 2015/16 in Morzine. We are accepting applications from individuals or couples with a passion for the mountains, customer service and great food. These roles will be on a temporary UK contract and involve working shifts, including weekends. You must have a passport and EHIC card valid for the duration of the winter season, and recent work history in the UK.

Hotel L’Aubergade:

Hotel L’Aubergade are looking for waiting staff, bar staff and housekeepers to join their busy team in Morzine for the winter season 2015/16. There are also positions available immediately for the summer 2015 season for – a chef to work within a team of 3 in the kitchen, a back of house to help out with front of house work in busy times. These roles will be on a temporary UK contract and involve working shifts, including weekends. You must have a passport and EHIC card valid for the duration of the winter season, and recent work history in the UK.
