This passion is lead by our dedicated chefs – who love food just as much as living in the mountains and this winter we have a chef vacancy is a great opportunity for a chef with previous restaurant experience to work in Morzine this winter!
Working in a small team under a head chef you will be preparing food to a high standard for both residents and visitors. The ability to work to a consistent standard is essential as well as the initiative to deal with specific dietary requirements. Our clientele is a family run hotel in a laidback town popular with UK visitors cooking interesting menus in a high quality kitchen.
Being in a ski resort you will also have the chance to ski or snowboard on your days off and be part of a lively but friendly winter scene. Perfect for the lively and experienced chef looking to meet new people and help build the reputation of the Hotel L’Aubergade!

Job Specifics:
The job is live out, 5 days a week, working shifts including weekends and evenings. Salary will be dependent on qualification and experience.
You need to be available from early December 2015 until late April 2016. As you will be working under a UK contract and you MUST have a UK National Insurance number, bank account and a recent history of work in the UK to apply for this position.
